Terrible experience and they rip you off on price changes and fees! My wife got a quote for the mileage maintenance on her Yukon. Once they finished the maintenance and sent the bill it was much higher than the quote they gave her. They said they increased their prices since the quote. No one called to tell us that there was a price increase. Also the quote you get from them will always be lower than what you actually have to pay because they don’t include labor or “shop fees”! They charged us multiple labor cost instead of lumping that into the service. When we asked what the shop fee was for they told us “it’s for things like throwing away your old air filter”. So you get charged for them throwing stuff in the trash! Place is like a scam of increased prices.

Ewing GMC went above and beyond to make my buying experience simple, easy, straightforward and very satisfactory! They did not have the GMC Sierra truck onsite that I wanted, but I found it in Houston, TX. Because it was 12/30/24 and I wanted to purchase it to get the current year discounts, they sent Clayton Hass to go get it and bring it back to DFW. Clayton retrieved it and got it ready to go for me… and by 6 PM on 12/31, I left Ewing with my new truck! Thank you Ewing GMC for ‘going the extra mile’, you showed today why customer service is priority #1 and I will always remember this day! Thanks to Malcolm, Clayton and Faison for making this buying experience so pleasant, you guys definitely made my day!
Our "Funeral Car" Yukon (6000 miles) was at Crest Cadillac for routine suspension calibration and the techs there noted an issue with the transmission. Crest called to Ewing to confirm service capability. The Yukon was transported to Ewing for service then turned away due to scheduling. We returned a few days later where the vehicle was taken in for the transmission issue. Three days later the vehicle was returned to us with "no work" AFTER it was placed on a lift, inspected and troubleshot to a specific part in the transmission requiring transmission removal. The vehicle was denied further service and the transmission suffered a catastrophic failure en route back to our facility from Ewing. To date, because of the holidays the vehicle is still out of service. This is under warranty!!!!
Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. Randy Harp, my sales rep, knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to finance. He did not drag out the deal, got it done quickly. This is the 4th Terrain I have leased/purchased through Randy.
