Buick Avenir Sub-Brand To Expand To Entire Model Range
In 2017 Buick introduced the premium, top-of-the-line, sub-brand Avenir, a French word for future, with the 2018 Buick Lacrosse and Enclave looking slightly similar to the 2015 Buick Avenir Concept that launched at the 2015 Detroit auto show. It was considered next-generation then. The Avenir sold so well that Buick will expand the Avenir sub-brand to its entire model range.
In the U.S., the Avenir brands continue with the Buick Envision and Enclave. Electric Vehicles are in progress. The Buick Avenir is the highest level of luxury and style with advanced technology and safety features.
Avenir Trims
The Avenir Trim comes with a distinctive grille, wood-tone trim, leather seating, large touchscreen infotainment system, majestic wheels and a premium sound system. Standard or available is a power panoramic sunroof, higher-performance engines, and other safety and driver assist features. It all depends on the make, model and year you choose.

New for 2024
Buick is introducing a 2024 Encore GX Avenir Trim. This will have a premium grill, 18-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, upgraded leather seating, a rear camera mirror washer and upgraded features typical of the Avenir luxury trim level. There will be updates to the interior as well. More information will be available when the car is in production after March 2023.
