Buick Collaborates with Hello Sunshine for “Dream with Us” Campaign

Buick has extended its collaboration with Hello Sunshine, a female-focused media company led by Oscar-winner Reese Witherspoon. Working together to produce the “Dream with Us” campaign, the two teams paired up to highlight the Wildcat EV concept as the future of car ownership tailored towards women.

A Female-Focused Future

VP of Buick and and GMC Marketing, Molly Peck, states that the collaboration is a way for Buick to focus its appeal toward female buyers. Buick stands ahead of other automakers when it comes to its female customer base, and they’re quick to acknowledge the buying power of that segment of the market. As a result, Buick and Hello Sunshine came up with the Dream with Us campaign to highlight Reese Witherspoon’s creativity, focusing on women storytellers, with the innovation of Buick’s concept of the future.

The campaign, first aired on August 17th, shows off the all-new fully electric concept vehicle. The Wildcat EV is shown driving through a city while highlighting concepts not yet in production. The Wildcat’s autopilot picks up a woman at home, then changes its exterior color to match her outfit. AI then puts the driver into Zen Mode, a calming concept feature that includes a massaging driver’s seat, aromatherapy, and calming scenes projected on the windshield. Of course, autonomous driving is activated so the driver can fully relax on the road, and automatic parallel parking gets her to the destination with ease.

Buick and Hello Sunshine share a vision empowering women to lead the conversation, and Dream with Us is only the beginning. Another part of the collaboration is Reese’s Book Club, an in-vehicle app available in Buick vehicles that debuted the brand’s collaboration with Hello Sunshine. It features a hand-picked selection of e-book and podcast content chosen by the actress herself and is currently available to Buick drivers in eligible vehicles. The two companies look forward to working together on future projects that bring together female-centric concepts that match Buick’s all-electric mission for the future.
